Nagasaki's the place where foreigners kept a toe in Japan. Hence the Glover Garden, a collection of buildings centered around the home of Thomas Blake Glover. A Scot, although the area is predominantly Dutch. This, at the top of the garden, is the former Mitsubishi dock-house.
