Kurama no hi Matsuri: The Kurama fire festival, in which hordes of people cram themselves sardine-fashion into the local train to Kurama. And then cram themselves along one half of a narrow street whilst others try to shove along the pavement behind them...
The other half of said narrow street is where these torches are being carried, eventually ending up at the local shrine.
