Not exactly on the same scale as the Kyoto matsuri, this - which I came across by lucky accident - had a "school fete" kind of atmosphere about it. Various troupes were taking turns to depict the same story, of a red-faced man, who placates a fierce red dragon, to percussive accompaniment.
